Finishing up Assignment 3

Hey guys,

Zemedkun and I have been working on our pieces, and we're doing pretty well so far. I have a question about the HIPAA stuff, so if Cory or Slawek could check out my question either on Google Docs or Trello and let me know what you think, that'd be awesome.

I've cleaned up the Google Doc with some headers so that the table of contents is understandable and so we can easily create one when we move the finished assignment to Word.

Cory, Slawek, if you guys could try to get your finished pieces up on the doc soon so we can review it by sometime early this evening, that'll leave some time so that we can all review it and approve of the work before we submit it.
