Hey guys,

Here are the current renditions of the SSDs for both View Patient History (Physician and Patient) and Record/Send Message (Physician).

For View Patient History from the patient's perspective, I removed the parameter to input a patient name when requesting the history, as this would only be necessary for the physician. However, I'm not positive that a parameter isn't necessary to have with the initial viewHistory message to the server. I added a note explaining this to that image.
