Summer Olympics housing query

Wisenetters - Let me apologize up front if anyone feels that this
is not an appropriate posting, but desperation is forcing my hand.

I have just recently firmed up plans to attend the 1996 games in
Atlanta, and have had to throw out my lodging plans due to the addition of
my 68 year old mother to the trip. I need an inexpensive/decent rental for
either her or us to stay in. 1 bed plus floor space for me is fine. Is
anyone on this list either going to the games and in need of someone to
share lodging expenses, or a resident of the area who wishes to rent out
some housing? Our tickets are for the equestrian venue in Conyers, so I
have been concentrating on the more rural offerings on the 30 or so Web
pages that have sprung up for this purpose. Unfortunately, the pages are
not being updated as things are booked up, so I have been reaching a lot of
dead ends.
