Historically this list has had a large number of local redistribution
lists subscribed. Given the limited utility of this model in todays
network world I will changing the list to permit posting only by
list members. If you want to post and you're on a local exploder
you'll need to join individually by saying:

echo sub info-solbourne|mail list...@listserv.acsu.buffalo.edu

The list has an annual renewal so the local exploders will be dropped
after the renewal period (since an alias has a hard time responding to
the renewal message).

On the plus side the list has been installed in the listserv archive
mechanism. See http://listserv.acsu.buffalo.edu/archives/index.html for
details. The archive operations (various searches) are also available
via e-mail but I don't know how that works.
