Anyone know if it is possible to mount a CD with Rock Ridge
extensions on an S4000 (OS 4.1B).

Cheers,
Neil

It is. It's even in the GENERIC kernel, as is sr0 (the cd driver),
configured for SCSI id 6.

********************************
As of OS/MP 4.1A.3 Solbourne's supported
mounting CDROMs using the
High Sierra FIle System format ( ISO 9660 )

Make sure that /usr/etc is in the root user PATH.
Issue the command:

mount -o ro -t hsfs /dev/sr0c /cdrom

If there are further questions please contact:

Hope this helps.

Hi there,

Sorry to bother you, but I'm having trouble posting to the
info.solbourne group; my mail bounces as undeliverable, apparently the
moderator is no longer online. Would you happen to have any insight
for me? Thanks,

- Greg Hudak (via...@netcom.com)
