Are you looking for end-user applications or an SDK or both?

There are a number of suppliers of commercial WinSNMP products.
ACE*COMM, FTP Software, and NetManage all offer SDKs. We
(ACE*COMM) offer several end-user application kits too...
I am not sure if FTP and/or NetManage do too (I know they
have some net mgmt apps, but don't know whether they are
WinSNMP-based...you can contact sa...@ftp.com and/or
sa...@netmanage.com for more info.) HP OpenView for
Windows runs over WinSNMP (but some of the built-in and/or
associated apps may still use the OVSNMP API).

(IBM now offers WinSNMP for AIX...I have no knowledge wrt
their plans in the Win32 arena in this respect.)
