Done.

The next release will have a re-worked api/LoginQi.c module, base-64
encoding of all binary information exchanged via the xlogin command,
and hooks for the field-specific input checking programs. Target date
is the end of this month depending on my regular job duties.

Hi Folks,

Following is a Linux configuration file for Ph/Qi. Using it, qi-3.1b7
configures and builds flawlessly on Linux 1.2.13..... Just edit a file
named linux in the qi-3.1b7/configs directory as show below and then
'Configure linux'......... Note to the developers: Could you include
this in the distribution?
