You can set a number of timeouts at Options/Network/advanced.

Pib, I suspect you're the one to answer this. We are experiencing severe mail server overload now that all the students are back. To help aliviate some of the frustration I'm thinking about increasing the timeouts coded into the scripts. One place that I cannot control the timeout value is *after* the connect script has telnetted to the mail server and is logging in with my userid and password. After the password is sent, at this point how long will NUPop wait for a response from the server before it g
ives up? Does it use the timeout value specified in Options/Dialing or is this a built-in timeout that I cannot change? Thanks.
