HOW TO ACCESS THE SBIR 1996 SOLICITATION FROM THE WEB:

ANONYMOUS FTP= (stis.nsf.gov)
INTERNET BROWSER (URL=http://www.nsf gov/)

OPTION #1:

CLICK "Info & Pubs"

under "publications"
CLICK "STIS Publication Database(via gopher)"
CLICK "ENG - dir for Engineering"
CLICK "Program Guidelines"
the current SBIR solicitation is nsf9667

OR

"Search STIS Publication Database"
type in NSF9667 (no spaces or hyphens) then click on "Search"

Note: There are two files listed (ASCII & PDF formats) The PDF file
will be downloaded to your hard drive when you click on it. The ASCII
file will be readable when clicked on.

CLICK "Cross-cutting Activities"

Note: Both the ASCII & PDF files will be listed. However, the PDF
file will run and display when clicked on if you have ACROBAT READER
installed on your computer.
