RPATHS and CONTENT_LENGTH

It looks like RPATHS and Casper Dik's CONTENT_LENGTH patch don't mix --
only the first piece of mail incorporated from a mailbox gets a
Return-Path header, all the rest retain their From_ lines in their MH
message files. Has anybody worked this problem out yet? Alternately,
is anybody using 6.8.4 + RPATHS + CONTENT_LENGTH successfully?
