ISODE-8.0 AND LDAP-DE-ON-DOS

Hello There,

We have installed ISODE-8.0 on a Sun-4.1.3 machine. We also have a DSA
running on the same machine. We have installed LDAP(ver 3.2) libraries and
the DUA DE(ver 7.0) on a DOS machine as well as on the UNIX machine.

The Flow of control is like this:-

The DE on DOS uses the ldap libraries to contact with the ldap daemon
running on the UNIX machine. The daemon in turn contacts the DSA to fetch
the relevant information.

But when we run DE on DOS , The DSA gives the Following message.
******Service Error : Time Limit Exceeded ******

What are the possible reasons for this error ? Can anyone offer any
assistance in this Matter?
