SMTP Extension for Message Submission

I've submitted a new I-D proposing a SUBMIT extension to SMTP, and have
suggested this mailing list as a location for discussions.

The file name will probably be draft-gellens-smtp-submit-00.txt.

The idea of the extension is to make it clear when an MTA can and
should correct the headers of an SMTP message, and to provide a way for
the MTA to document such corrections. (An MTA should not correct a
message unless it meets the criteria spelled out in the I-D).
