We will sell ordinary firearms to Texas residents. Our fee is 5%, with
a $40 minimum and $100 maximum. A 50% deposit is required before we
will place an order.
We also handle NFA transfers to qualified individuals in Texas. There
is a $100 non-refundable application fee for all NFA transfers. The
application fee is applied to the weapon's price upon approval of the
transfer by the NFA Branch of the BATF. Our fee for NFA transfers is
10% with a $100 minimum and $300 maximum. Orders for NFA weapons must
be paid in full and in advance. As usual, all NFA rules apply.
We reserve the right to refuse to sell weapons to anyone that, in our
opinion, is not qualified to own one.
