FTP restrictionon BSDI 4.0

I Hope I not send this Mail twice, if the Sorry.

Hy out there i need help with FTP restriction.

I have Severall Users without shell access, the are all in one group i
called VUSER which ftpaccess handles as guestusers on FTP
in moment i use wuFTP with -l -a.
The directory from a user is like

/web/testuser

/web/ is a link to /usr/local/etc/httpd/htdocs

I also changed the passwd file to

/web/testuser/./:/bin/noshell

but the users can still jump to the whole dir-tree.

I use BSDI BSD/OS 4.0.

Who can help me ?
