delegation of 54.233.205.in-addr.arpa.

For some reason, there is no data delegating this domain to
nic.achilles.net, thus changes made there (.135 is now
l.ox.ottawa.on.ca instead of nic.ox.org, although nic is still a
CNAME) are not being seen.
When I ask a.root-servers.net or b.root-servers.net for
information on 135.54.233.205.in-addr.arpa I get back 'NIC.OX.ORG'
That is not ideal, it should be 'l.ox.ottawa.on.ca'

But then, observe:

I'm beginning to suspect that the inverse maps for the 205/8 prefix
are hosed. The only reason I get anything for .135 is because it is
primary for ox.org and ox.ottawa.on.ca, and thus another copy of the
data has been placed on TLD org zones files.
In fact, I recall someone asking why there was no NS records for
205.in-addr.arpa on the root servers on the bind list some days ago...
