Dear Members,
I have done my best to design the letter head and the invitation letter which needs to be dissiminated within the comming week time. Please take this seriously and make sure that all of you have completed the event concept with the neme of presenters. You can download any one of the attachment i have just changed the word format from docx to doc.
Jini, I have taken your suggestion while preparing the letter. Hope it is well now.
Bardan, Could you please use upper part of the letter head and design the event concept. Please avoid writing that Mr. Falano will be presinting, say we expect phalano to be presenting. Dont make absolute statements unless it is decided that he/she will be making the presentation. I think Jini has written this. I hope the names are great enough only for the workshop,competition and the sex appeal i guess we can have some other name. For the sex appeal program we can have a name "BAHAS", plese state clearly that the program will be in the talk show format. It is missing there and do mention that this will be live broadcasted. Please make another email add and mention. Also include your mobile ph. no. bellow your name if possible. It gives a good impression.
Sandesh, I guess your part is incomplete as the names are not been provided to all the sub-events and the networking finances lack the presenter's name and details regarding the event along with the name, however we can have the name "The finance Behind Networking' itself. Please do these things by tommorrow and send it to bardan so that he can prepare the invitation letter for all the presenter you would want to talk. Please also send us the name of people you want in your group.
Ujwal, Please send me the graphics that willl help me prepare the proposal sonner the possible. I hope you understant the urgency of that proposal. Please also make me available the size of the banner, the spaces that we will be sharing with the title sponser, presenting sponser, supporting groups, partners and the banner sponsers and all. can you even send mw what sizes of banners are found in common so that i can mention the no and the size of banner the sponsers can put in the venue.
Saksham and Keshav, It has been long that we havent talked. I hope you had received the message about the meeting taht you didnt attend the last day. Anyways you are requested to prepare the group and work accordingly. You need to understand the urgency to call different keynote presenters within this week. I know saksham might not be able to do so, i request keshav to take in charge and schedule the meeting and try and call all the presenter.
Friends, we had a nice talk with the Dhulikhel Resort, hope we can conduct the program there. Lets see i am in talk to Godawari as well. I will inform you all as soon as possible. Please even forward the name of the companies who you think can be potential sponser for different events. If you have a contact have an informal talk and schedule the meeting. Please see that you get the contact info of the companies. Please customize the letter according to all the presenter so that bardan gets easy job. Please suggest me can we have the no. of all the co-ordinators written after their name. Also please feel free to discuss in anything possible.
