What is Infinitism?

It is a marriage of religion and science, an attempt at unified thought
that intends to help the seeker understand the nature of life, the
universe, and our role in the grand scheme.
Infinitism acknowledges faith and marries it with the enhanced
understanding of our world that comes with advancement in science,
technology and the application of the mind.
It brings together ideas and practices from many different belief
structures, placing the emphasis on the self, making a practical
religion that relies on logical reasoning in the place of blind faith.
Infinitism helps enhance ones awareness of the world that surrounds us,
and aids the individual to find their way through that world while
developing their self awareness, self confidence and decision making
abilities.
It builds upon the notion of free will, and has as a central tenet the
premise of chance, of change, of the myriad decisions each of us will
make that alter not only the lives we lead, but the lives of those
around us.
Infinitism focuses upon the changes one person can make to the world,
upon the decision making process, upon the individuals desires and
dreams, upon the foreseeable effects of any choices they make, and upon
the unforeseen, the random elements that colour our lives, and that
make us what we all are; the subjects of fate.
It also helps us to understand the notion of fate, how we can prepare
for it and how we can use it to our advantage. In essence, Infinitism
is a faith based on chance, and the notion that to understand the
universe that we inhabit is to better understand both ourselves, and
what lies ahead for us, as we journey through life.
