Thursday Night Ride this Week

Let's plan on Corner Canyon again this week, but we'll ride it in a bit different way. Let's meet at the South Mountain Fly park and ride up Anne's from there. Canyon Hollow/Clarks/Rush are likely to be sloppy. Plus, I do love Anne's oh so much.

Did anyone go down to St.G for the race? I know Brandon did. I'm curious what attendance was like.

Wow! And less than 2 weeks to the Lambert Park Race! Wahoo! I think we should have a little hamburger feast afterward. Anyone planning on going to that race?

I usually wait until the Monday before the race to see what the weather is going to be like. I'm not a big fan of racing in the mud.

Cactus iCup race was awesome! Weather was great and I took 6th out of 15ish in the Expert 30-39. 

There was a pretty good turn out of 70+ racers.

I will be there tonight as well. It looks like the weather is supposed to warm up throughout the day, so it should be low 50's and sunny when we ride.

 

I am also planning on racing Lambert Park next weekend.  I have never done that race, so it will be a new experience for me.  For those that have raced it, and have seen me ride, should I race the begginners race or the sport?  I am not trying to win, although that would be ideal (wishful thinking), I am trying to not come in dead last by a long shot.
