Midterm Data Export

Good morning!

Our HS office staff is wondering if there's a way to pull GPAs for their midterm posting window. It's something I'm guessing can be done if I could find all the right elements, but the stars are not aligning. They use gpas from the first three 'quarters' (even though we don't technically have quarters, just post at midterms) to compute who attends the scholars banquet - just to give a reference. Our secretary who is no longer working here computed every kid by hand previously, so there's never been a push to seek out an IC solution.

Any advice?

Thank you for bringing this up!  I have never thought of figuring by hand for the 3rd qtr.  We do have 4 Qtrs, and we pull after the 3rd Qtr, the Class Rank Report to get our Val & Sals for Graduation.  Can anyone tell me where this pulls from?  If its from the Transcript, then we have to figure the 3rd Qtr in there!  Maybe a whole can worms here!!
