Has anyone tried to make changes to the Event Type, Incident Type, and Resolution Type lists? Our district is wanting to update the lists so they align a bit better with the district's behavior response procedures.

In our sandbox I was trying to make the changes they asked for and I found the following issues:
  1. I can't make changes to the Event Type list
  2. I made changes to the Incident Type list, but some of the items won't save when I add them to a behavior record.
I have opened a ticket on this, but I thought I'd see if anyone else has gone through this that may have suggestions.

Thanks,

I have tried in the past, but gave up. If you get help, I would be interested in the solution.

Good Morning Stacy,

I have updated all our Events and Resolutions. The way we have them set up is in all calendars rather than in the individual buildings. Changes are made in Behavior Office > Settings > Event Type Setup/Resolutions Type Setup.

What errors are you receiving when you try to add new types? I have not been able to make changes to the incident type (which is in the attribute dictionary).

Here is a screenshot of one of the Resolutions types and event types that we have created.

If you need more information let me know.

Thank you,
Michelle

Thank you Michelle. That has helped a lot. I get the following error when I save and I know it's because of the Incident Type I just don't know why.
