If any of you haven't done so yet I'm requesting that you put in a ticket for bug  SIS-178711.

Campus doesn't allow students in UG to have cohort information saved (unless they have an enrollment for high school previously). Because of this we can't assign them the graduation program which is how we get their credits earned and credits required to fill in. I thought originally I could just change the student's grade to 12, fill in the cohort information, then switch them back to UG. However, when I switch them back it deletes the cohort information. So I don't have a work around other than to manually fill in the information for each of our UG students.

Thanks,

It's this time again.  How is everyone else working the grad requirements for adults this year?  Last year I must have manually entered them into the report.  It seems I will have to do that again this year.

I just checked my ticket on this and it was assigned to development on May 6, 2024 so it's over a year old now.

Hi all,

I’m digging back into our old discussion about getting the state EOYA extract to report credits earned and required correctly for adult students.

We know the root cause is that the extract requires an assigned graduation plan to pull those numbers, but Infinite Campus wasn't allowing grad plans for adults in the past. Has anyone noticed if this restriction has been lifted in recent updates?

If it has been fixed, my next concern is setup and flexibility. This year, we have 15 different credit requirement amounts across our adult student population. I'm wondering if anyone knows if IC's logic can accommodate that many variations for adult plans.

Would love to know if anyone has made headway on this or if we are still stuck in the same boat as last year.

Hi Leslie,

IC can make as many grad plans as you want. You could have an adult 2028+, Adult 2025-2028, Adult 2020-2025, etc if you like.
If I recall correctly, we're still getting our adults to have grad plans on them by making them a 12th grader for a few minutes. I do know there was an update/will be one soon that allows plans on UG.

Sorry to be thin on details, getting audit files ready and then have to get out of the way of the World Cup traffic.

Looks like someone updated this today and they indicated that SIS-196796 may be Campus making changes to the academic planner. So maybe that means they'll finally be fixing this because it sounds like it's not just a KS issue.
