Hi all,
I’m digging back into our old discussion about getting the state EOYA extract to report credits earned and required correctly for adult students.
We know the root cause is that the extract requires an assigned graduation plan to pull those numbers, but Infinite Campus wasn't allowing grad plans for adults in the past. Has anyone noticed if this restriction has been lifted in recent updates?
If it has been fixed, my next concern is setup and flexibility. This year, we have 15 different credit requirement amounts across our adult student population. I'm wondering if anyone knows if IC's logic can accommodate that many variations for adult plans.
Would love to know if anyone has made headway on this or if we are still stuck in the same boat as last year.
