School Entry Date, District Entry Date & State Entry Date

Hi everyone

We had to update our Enrollment record start dates to 07/01/25 (any date prior to today) in order for some 3rd party apps to recognize the students prior to the first day of school.

However, the ASGT extract (and possibly other state extracts) is using 07/01/25 as the value for School Entry Date, District Entry Date & State Entry Date.  I know there are override fields on the Enrollment record, but I think the logic should be updated to consider term start dates.  

Has anyone else run into this?

I have a script to mass change the enrollment dates.  You could run that after the first date of school to adjust everyone back to the correct date.

  Our secretaries enter July 1, 2025 as the official start date, but they use the first day of school as the School Entry Date and other related fields. I then process the roll-over on the first day of school, updating all records from the July 1 start date to reflect the official school start date.
