GEDCOM File size limitations?

I upgraded to extended, my file is 4.3 megs, it doesn't import. Is there a file size limitation?

Hello Doug,

No, there is no such limitation. Could you send me your gedcom file in a private email, so I can check what is wrong and fix the problem? I will then delete it.

The problem was caused by invalid UTF-8 data in the gedcom file. The next release will at least show an error message in this situation.
