Several months ago I bought the extension (€3.99) and the software was fine, I was able to export in pdf, jpeg etc without any problem, all my ancestors (+8000). But today I see that when I do the export to pdf I get cut off and only a few of my ancestors come out, not all. For your information I have Version 2.2.4 (171), on a Mac OS Sonoma 14.0 Do you know where the problem is and how to fix it?

You probably have to adjust, or disable, the "limit generation depth" slider, in the tree layout pane.
