support level

Hello,
I just purchased support level 3, but i still get watermark and scrambled names if i go beyond a depth of 5. So basically i got the same as the free version. Can you please explain how support levels work and what you get for each supportlevel ?

Hi,
You should get all the features, no matter what price you choose.
Here are different things you can try:
- quit and relaunch the application
- select the menu "infinite family tree explorer / purchase", then click "restore purchases"
- quit the application, move it to the Finder bin, then download it again from the Mac App Store
- quit the application, then press the command and option keys while launching it again; if an error dialog is displayed, then please send me a screenshot (or copy and paste the dialog's text)
