What type of package I have?

please, where could I find the version of feature I've bought ?

I tried with "Restore Package", but no info/feedback come back from Apple (password correct).

If you have bought the extended package, then all packages should be
disabled in the popup menu of the in-app purchase window, as you can't
buy them again. If you have bought the basic package, only the extended
package should remain enabled in this window.
