2 nodes via infiniband

Hello!
is there anybody out there?
I've got a question about infiniband:
Is it possible to connect 2 nodes (supermicro X7DWT-INF) directly
(without an InfBand switch) via infiniband or I still need a switch
for it?

Hey,
Yes u can connect them back to back without a switch.
U need to install IB subnet manager on one of them.
