SUPPLEMENTS,
LUNCH IS 1/2 BAG VEG. STEAMERS AND TEA
DURING THE DAY IF I WANT TO SNACK - I EAT A GLUCERNA SNACK BAR
REALLY DON'T GET HUNGRY BECAUSE THE CINNAMON W/CHROMIUM PERCOLINATE
CONTROLS HUNGER.

I DID CALL THE CARPET STORE TO HAVE A MAN COME UP AND MEASURE MY LIVING
ROOM AND DINING ROOM I CAN'T AFFORD EXPENSIVE CARPET BUT I THINK I CAN
GET SOMETHING PRETTY DECENT TO REPLACE WHAT IS ON THE FLOOR NOW. I
HAVE A TERRIBLE TIME MAKING A DECISION WHEN IT COMES TO DRAPES OR
CARPET.
