Machine specific startup configuration

Hello Charles, forum,

What is a good place to put machine specific startup configuration scripts (such as cpustart, etc)?

9front uses /cfg/sysname/^(cpustart cpurc namespace). But, inferno seems to put stuff in /dis/ (executables) or /lib/ (for configuration) or /services (for serviced files).

It appears /dis/init/sysname would fit inferno's fhs. Any opinions, please?
