bootstrapping native amd64 inferno

Hello,

There is a native amd64 inferno booting to a shell prompt in vmx (9front's) hosted at http://git.9front.org/plan9front/9ferno/HEAD/info.html

There are a bunch of scripts in os/init. I read the init(8) and am looking through the scripts in that directory.

If anyone has a working init script or ideas that they do not mind sharing, I could use them as a guide.
