constant connection drops when downloading inferno.zip

Server drops connection every 30 seconds, so when i download https://inferno-os.org/dist/4e/inferno.zip chrome fails download because of a network error.
ere is what happens when i download it with wget and a download speed limit.
wget https://inferno-os.org/dist/4e/inferno.zip --limit-rate 100k

it might be fixed now. the server was having an http/2 problem that seems to have been fixed some time ago.
