         PFA  the inferences from the AFT for August & Sept -courtesy Pranav Lakherwal  .This makes it pretty clear about what kind of EPs need to be raised and which countries you should be looking at.(ET is on the rise,Alumni need to tapped further,IT is growing  ) 

Also PFA  a list of language institutes you guys can start approaching to recruit EPs with language skills for ET as well as for other backgrounds -courtesy Sumit Goyal
