minimal patch for r94 for touch calibration

hi all,

if you apply the patch at

http://inferno-ds.googlecode.com/files/r94-minimal-touchcalib.diff

to a fresh checkout of r94, the touch screen should be calibrated.
if something is not working, let me know!

this patch essentially does the same thing as the patch i posted a week
ago, it just doesn't add the Settings stuff. this means there also is
not a /dev/settings to read from.
