Gypsy Moon Ball - this weekend

24 hours from now the Indy Contra dancers and our Gypsy Moon Ball
guests will have been contra dancing to Anadama & Rebecca Lay for
about an hour! Gysy Moon Ball is Friday through Sunday, October 26 -
28, 2012.

We hope you can come, and perhaps, if it's appropriate help spread the
word by sending one last reminder to any lists of dancers, musicians,
or arts organizations whose members might want and be able to come.

Indy welcomes people to come and dance for any or all of the event. No
preregistration needed, no gender balancing, no pressure to wear a
costume Saturday evening (though you may want to participate in the
costume parade and judging), and we are just a 2 hour drive away from
Cincinnati, Louisville, and Urbana, so it's easy to come for the whole
time or for just a few wonderful hours.

In addition to contra, contra, contra, and contra, we have swing,
waltz, intermediate calling, and more contra. In addition to Rebecca
Lay and Anadama, we'll also have Darlene Underwood, the Coffee
Zombies, Frank Buschelmann & the Hoosier Hill Boys, Doug & Fiona, and
Lauren Peckman.

We've worked hard to keep this weekend affordable, at just $55. But to
make that work we need a great turnout. Hope you can be part of that,
and of the amazing fun we'll have.

Oh, and advance notice: no dance on Christmas or New Year's this year.
We do, however, dance every other Tuesday in the foreseeable future,
7:45 to 9:45 p.m. Hope to see you!
