Saturday, January 22nd, we have a dance at IUPUI, with Ken Gall
calling to Iron Curtain Meltdown. This free dance starts early,
running 7 to 10 p.m., in the Campus Center. We would love to have
lots of contra friends come help introduce students & employees (of
Indiana University -
Purdue University Indianapolis) & everybody else who shows up, to the joys of
contra dancing! Feel free to bring and/or send newbies, as we'll spend

Saturday, February 5th, is Beach Party! Darlene Underwood calls to the
Mean Lids. This (costume optional) theme dance starts at 8 p.m. at
Earth House, our normal dance location (NOT the Lions Club, site of
recent beach party dances), with all invited to dinner at 5:30, at a
nearby restaurant (details tbd). Details at
