Depuis 2004, Industry Capital adapte aux équipements industriels les techniques de financement utilisées pour les parcs informatiques ou automobiles. Nos services sont centrés autour de la Location Opérationnelle d’actifs dits non stratégiques car bien qu’indispensables au fonctionnement de l’entreprise, ils interviennent peu dans sa valorisation et doivent être de ce fait externalisés pour ne consommer ni capitaux propres, ni dette.

 

ENTREPRISES/FONDS D’INVESTISSEMENT

Pour nos clients Entreprises et Fonds d’Investissement, nous proposons des solutions de Location Opérationnelle dont le but est à la fois de transformer une immobilisation en charge pure, un CAPEX en OPEX, dans les meilleures conditions financières du marché. Nous traitons des actifs conventionnels (matériel de construction, grues, aéronefs, etc.) mais surtout des actifs non conventionnels et peu prisés des établissements de financement traditionnels (outils de production, logistique, etc.).

 

VENDOR PROGRAM

Pour nos Partenaires Industriels, nous construisons des offres de Location Opérationnelle sur mesure pour accompagner leurs ventes.
