  Job Description  
 

Dear Candidate,


Mumbai airport is looking for an Duty Terminal Officer / Duty Terminal Managers in our Terminal Operations team


Education - Compulsory Graduate in any stream


Total work exp - Min 5 years - Max 12-15 years


The candidate should be ready to work in rotational (day/night) 12 hour shifts

 


Key Elements for the Role of Duty Terminal Officer

- Implement & put in practise relevant Terminal Operations processes for efficient passenger flow through check - in and security points and ensure adequate measures are in place for the safe and secure movement of all passengers in the terminals.

- Monitor and track the performance of the various operational facilities like passenger baggage trolleys, operation of inter terminal coaches plying from airside, high standards of cleanliness of lounges, washrooms etc. in the terminals.

- Handling of customer and other complaints and queries at the terminal

- Work in close liaison with airline ground personnel to ensure high standards of service delivery as per OMDA and ASQ standards.

- Ensure serviceability of CCTV / FIDS / PA system / Fire alarm system / various installations like lifts, conveyor belt, escalators, aerobridges, lighting, air conditioning etc. in the terminals.

 

 

 

Key Elements for the role of Duty Terminal Manager (DTM)

 

- Ensure that Daily activity / incident and un-serviceability reports are sent to concerned.

- Accountable for and should ensure resource allocation and planning for:

o All VVIP, VIP and CIP movements which are expected for the day,

o Works schedule for all works expected in the terminal for the day

o Daily expected passengers figures on departure and arrival;

o Serviceability of all facilities in various zones which have been reported unserviceable, and actions to be taken to ensure a smooth operation

- Improve & enforce various passenger services across the terminal through the duty teams.

Inspect the terminal building periodically and accountable for ensuring serviceability and cleanliness of all passenger amenities like lounge furniture, washrooms, drinking water facility, air conditioning, lighting, PA system, CCTV, Flight Information Display Boards, and Conveyor Belts etc as per norms.

- Ensure high standards are maintained by Terminal Operations teams by tracking, monitoring, reviewing and guiding their performance.

- Recommend & implement improvements and changes to optimize space utilization and provide for smooth flow of traffic to enhance customer satisfaction.
