Bulk Drug (including APIs, Intermediates and Fine chemicals)
Manufacturing unit having Capacity of 670.08 Ton/Year
at APIIC Industrial Park, Annarugudem Village, Tallada
Mandal, Khammam District, Andhra Pradesh.

Total site area is 2.274 Acres.
An area of about 0.77 Acres of land will be developed with green belt
which constitutes about 33% of the total project area.
IMPORTANT: As per the the discussion we had
on 28.10.2013 with Varun Laboratories Pvt. Ltd.
the Project is under Panning Stage.
The company is waiting still for Environmental Clearance.
The Project Work is like to start from April,2014.
The Project is Scheduled to be Completed by
in 12 Months from the date of the commencement
of the project work.

Single Stage Scrubber will be also be provided.

Effluent Treatment Plant:
Capacity : 50 m3/ Day
Reverse Osmosis Plant
The quantity of wastewater generated from domestic activities during operation phase will be around 44/m3/Day which will be treated in the Wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 50m3/Day.
The company will establish 50 m3/Day capacity of Biological effluent treatment plant (BETP) followed by Reverse Osmosis for treatment of Low TDS (less then 5000 ppm TDS) and Low COD (less than 15000 ppm COD) with activated sludge process.
The reject of ROs will be sent to Multiple Effective Evaporator (MEE) followed by Forced Evaporation for further treatment as explained below:
The company will establish 50 m3/Day capacity of MEE with Solvent Stripper and Forced Evaporation to treat high TDS effluents and high COD.
The incinerable hazardous waste generated will be proposed to send to cement industry and salts generated will be proposed to send to authorized TSDF.
