Allied Blenders & Distillers Limited is setting up New Distillery having Capacity of 5 Lakh Cases / Month near Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh.
Capacity : 5 Lakh Cases/Month
Location :
Near Sangareddy in Medak District.
About 100 km from Hyderabad.

As 0n January 12, 2011 : The Project is under planning stage now.
IMPORTANT: As per the discussion we had last with
Deepak Roy, Executive Vice Chairman & CEO, Of Allied Blenders & Distillers Limited Project is under planning stage now.
As per Mr. Roy, It will be the fourth company-owned Distillery Project of Allied Blenders & Distillers Limited.
The company has filed its letter of intent with the Andhra Pradesh Government and expects to get the approvals and begin work from February/March 2011.

The Main Scope of Supply includes:
Boiler
Heat Exchangers, Air Pre-heater/Economiser)
Air Pollution Control Equipment :
Multiple Cyclone, Wet Scrubber, Bag Filters
Water Treatment Plant, Effluent Treatment Plant,
Pumps Valves, Custom Pipeline Work
Fresh water requirement of will be met from the Ground Water source.
The concentrated spent wash will be composted with press mud and permeate from the RO Plant will be recycled.
Total Effluent Treatment System and Scheme to be installed for achieving zero discharge.
DG set : Will be provided for immergency Back Up purpose during Power failure
Material Handling Equipment : Conveyor, Hydraulic Equipment
DG Set, Air Compressor. DC/VFD Drive, Gear Box, Insulation, Valves, Pipes & Tubes, Cables, Automatic Weighing Machines for Bulk & Liquid Materials.

Green Belt Development plan in 33 % area and a scheme for Rainwater Harvesting have to be put in place.
