As of  7th November, 2017, the company is waiting for necessary clearance. ********************************************************************** The Main Scope of Supply includes: ********************************************************************** Boiler : 5 TPH (Fuel : Coal)            : 1 No.  Existing :  2 TPH (Wood/Bio Coal)  Heat Exchangers, Air Pre-heater  --------------------------------- Air Pollution Control :   Multi Cyclone Dust Collector and Bag Filter Air pollution control measures is proposed for the effective control of gaseous emissions within permissible limits. Cylcone Separator with Bag filter and Scrubber to be provided to boiler to control particulate emissions.    DG Set       : 500 KVA( HSD)  :  1 No.  Other Equipments: Reactor, Heat Exchangers, Centrifuges, and Storage Tanks. To support the process equipment Boilers, Chilling plants, Cooling Towers, Agitator, Weighing Balance. Ash handling system, Air Cooled Condenser, , Yeast Activation, Vessel Recirculation cum Transfer Pump with motor, Spent Wash pump with flame proof motor etc. Water Treatment Plant Total requirement of water for the distillery based on Continuous fermentation, multi pressure vacuum distillation with integrated evaporation, standalone evaporation system to concentrated spent wash  is 1963 m3/Day..  Water Requirement in 1st Run= 1963 m3/ Day  Water Recycling    = 1217 m3/ Day ================================== Total fresh Water                      = 746 m3/ Day [Process : 122 m3/day+ Soft Water  : 354 m3/day + DM Water : 270 m3/day ] DM / RO Plant   Effluent Treatment Plant : The proposed project is based on “ZERO EFFLUENT DISCHARGE”. Grain Slops (Spent Wash) will be taken through Centrifuge Decanters for separation of Suspended Solids separated as Wet Cake.The process condensate is cooled and collected into a neutralization tank with sufficient residence time.
