Shree Packers (Ujjain) Pvt. Ltd. is setting up 100 TPD Capacity Kraft Paper Manufacturing Unit along with 5MW Co-generation Power Plant in Maksi Road in Ujjain Dist., Madhya Pradesh.
Capacity : Paper Unit : 100 TPD
Captive Power Plant : 5 MW
Location : Maksi Road in Ujjain Dist.,Madhya Pradesh.
As 0n February 02, 2011 : The Project is Under Planning Stage.
IMPORTANT: As per the discussion we had last with
Mr. Iyre, Project Incharge of Shree Packers (Ujjain) Pvt. Ltd.,
on 28. 01.2011, the company is waiting for the Land Allotment - that they expect to be in place by May/June, 2011

Deinking line :
The De-Inking system will comprise of following sub-processes: pulping, High Consistency Cleaning and Coarse Screening, LC cleaning, Main flotation, Fine Screening / Thickening, Dispersion / Bleaching, Post flotation, thickening / bleaching.
Water Treatment Plant :
OC, Filter, R.O., Mixed Bed etc – for highly purified Water.
Waterline Valves, Pumps, Plumbing Work etc.
Effluent Treatment Plant:
Treated wastewater along with Cooling Tower Blow Down will be used for Dust
Suppression at Coal Handling System and for Ash management.
State of the Art Disc Filter will be installed in the paper machine to recover and recycle the water.
The Captive Power plant will be comprising of following units:
- Steam turbine
- Fuel handling system
- Air Cooled Condenser
- ESP
- Power plant stack Fuel system
- Utilities and services
DG Sets : ( Stand by Power Arrangement)
Supply Of Other Equipments:
Material Handling Equipment : Conveying Systems, Hydraulic Equipments, Screen
Acid Pumps, Motors, Heat Exchangers, Agitators and Mixers ,Valves, Dryers, Vessels, Cables, Rollers, Custom Pipelines, Storage Tank .
Fire fighting System as per TAC norms,
Fire Fighting System shall be as per the TAC Norms .
Green Belt Development plan in 33 % area and a scheme for Rainwater Harvesting have to be put in place.
Scope Of Entire Civil & Construction Work:
Construction of Office Building, factory , Substation-Control Panel- Electrical Work, Plumbing Work, Structural Steel fabrication and Erection Work, Fabrication Storage Tank, Vessels etc. etc.
