DG Set       : 750 KVA( NG)  :  2 Nos. 

Other Equipments:

Cooling Towers : 2000 TR- 3 Nos, Chilling plants : 500 TR : 2 Nos. Chilled brine generation unit :200 TR : 2 Nos. Nitro gengenerator : 50 m3/hr, Reactor, Heat Exchangers, Centrifuges, and Storage Tanks. Domestic Wastewater is 1 KL/day will be disposed off through Soak Pit/Septic Tank System.  Industrial Effluent of 33.6 KL/day will be sent to ETP for primary treatment and then it will be sent to Chhatral Environment Management System Pvt. Ltd. So, our unit will achieve Zero Discharge.

Air Pollution Control : 

Adequate stack height and common stack monitoring facility and  Multicone Separators will be provided as air pollution control system to control particulate matter..


DG Set       : 85 KVA( HSD)  :  1 No. 

Other Equipments

Reaction Vessel Dryer, Chilling Water plant, Scrubbers(single stage, Cooling Tower, Heat Exchangers, Centrifuges, and Storage Tanks, Air Compressor, Solvents Pumps (SS/PP) ,HDPE Storage Tanks, Weighing Balance, Complete Laboratory Equipments, Fire fighting System as per TAC norms.

Water Treatment Plant:

Water requirement after expansion for domestic and industrial activity during operation phase will be 6.6 m3/Day. ( Existing Requirement : 0.90 m3/Day)

Effluent Treatment Plant: 

Total Effluent Generation  from the unit during operation phase will be 4.23 KLD.

Another 1.7 KLD from Domestic Source.

The casing is mild steel construction fitted with GI buckets fixed to 40 ton breaking strength chain and driven by suitable planetary geared motor- 1 no,80 Ton capacity mild steel construction, vertical, cylindrical, top closed type blending sugar bins with suitable supporting structure-2 Nos. Screw conveyor to collect fly ash from Bank tubes, Economizer / Air Heater hopper, and discharge onto main belt conveyor. • Screw conveyors to collect fly ash from ESP hoppers and discharge onto main belt conveyor
