Sita Shree Food Products Limited  is setting up a Soyabean Oil Extraction Unit having  Capacity of 500 TPD  at Barlai, near Shipra, District. Indore, Madhya Pradesh. 

 

 Capacity :

 Soyabean Oil Extraction Plant :500 TPD

 

Location : 

Barlai, near Shipra, District. Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

 

As 0n  February 24, 2011 :  The Construction work of the Project has just started.

The unit would come up on about 12 Acres of Land .

 

IMPORTANT: As per the discussion we had on 21.02..2011 with 

Mr. K. Agarwal, Director, Sita Shree Food Products Limited  the Construction work of the Project has just started.

 

As per Mr. Agarwal, it will take another 4 to 5 months to complete the Civil work. 

  However, the Project   is Scheduled to be  Completed by

October, 2011.

 

The Main Scope of Supply includes:

Boiler/ Thermic Fluid Heater

 (Decision has not yet taken about the choice of  

  Heating Equipment)

Heat Exchangers, Air Pre-heater/Economiser)

Air Pollution Control Equipment :

Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP), Bag Filter  

 

To control the particulate emissions from the  Boiler/ Thermic Fluid Heater Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP)  will be installed. The emissions will be dispersed through  Adequate Height of Stack.

 

Water Treatment Plant

Oxidisation Chamber, Filter, Softener, R.O./Mixed Bed Plant

Pumps, Valves, Custom Pipeline Work, Plumbing Work

The water requirement to  be followed through Conservation And Recycling of Water.

Effluent Treatment Plant
