First Info : May 2016 The company plans to set up a New Pharmaceutical Production facility . The project is in planning stage. As of 17th May, 2016, the company is waiting for environmental clearance. ********************************************************************** The Main Scope of Supply includes: ********************************************************************** Boiler : 5 TPH : 2 Nos. (1 Working + 1 Stand by) Fuel : Natural Gas / Furnace Oil Air Pollution Control : Bag filter will be provided to stack attached to Boilers and scrubbers will be provided to stack attached to process reactors. DG Set : 2000 KVA : 2 Nos. ( Fuel : HSD) 500 KVA : 2 Nos. ( Fuel : HSD) Other Equipments Cooling tower with pumps, Chilled Water Plant with pumps, Fire Hydrant System, Valves, Pumps & Other Process Equipment for phrama unit. Water Treatment Plant: Water Treatment Plant will be implemented for domestic and industrial activity during operation . Effluent Treatment Plant: Industrial waste water generated due to various activities will be treated in Effluent Treatment Plant having primary, secondary and tertiary treatment facilities as well as in Multiple Effect Evaporator. The treated water from the ETP will be used in toilet flushing and for gardening purpose.

As of 17th May, 2016, Pre-Project Activities are on. ********************************************************************** The Main Scope of Supply includes: ********************************************************************** Boiler : 3 TPH : 1 No. ( Fuel : Rice Husk/ HSD) ESP will be installed with the proposed boiler. Effluent Treatment Plant: The Process condensate will be cooled and collected into a neutralization tank with sufficient residence time. Other Equipments Cooling tower with pumps, Chilled Water Plant with pumps, Fire Hydrant System, Water Treatment Plant: Water requirement of the project for domestic and industrial activity during operation phase will be - During season: 6715 KLD & During off‐season: 3115 KLD. Effluent Treatment Plant: Capacity : 1000 KLD 894 KLD Effluent generated will be treated in the ETP of capacity 1000 KLD and the domestic sewage is disposed to septic tank and soak pit. About 960 KLD of spentwash and 120 KLD of spentlees will be generated. Spent wash will be stored in the impervious storage tank and will be concentrated and used as fuel in the slop fired boiler. Effluent Treatment Plant: The total industrial wastewater generations will be 39 m3/Day. The water drained from the water treatment plant will be pumped to a neutralization pit. The neutralization pit will have acid resistant brick lining. Depending on the quality of water, either an alkaline medium or acidic medium will be pumped to the pit to neutralize the water. Sewerage System : Sewage pipes would be laid in entire company for the removal and disposal of mainly non-harmful liquid wastes from the offices, canteen and domestic waste coming from different sections. [102.6 m3/Day Recycle Water + 97.4 m3/Day Fresh Water] Effluent Treatment Plant: After expansion total industrial effluent generation will be : 147.5 m3/Day. (Presently : 23 m3/Day] Now, Total effluent coming from all steams will merge and treated in New Effluent Treatment Plant. About 90 KLD will be evaporated in MEE from which 81 KLD (90 to 92% recovery) will be recovered and remaining residue will be sent to TSDF site.
