Please refer our report on 21.05.2010, Where we had given you the the following report:
“The project is in planning stage, The company will go for the Captive Power Plant Expansion Project at first and then for the Duplex Board Project.
As per our discussion with Mr. Krishna Reddy, Director of Sri Luxmi Tulasi Agro Paper Private Limited on 17. 05.2010, The Civil Work for Captive Power Plant Project is going to stat from June, 2010.”

“As per the discussion we had last with Mr. Krishna Reddy, Director of Sri Luxmi Tulasi Agro Paper Private Limited on 10. 11.2010, the Project work for Captive Power Plant is underway.
As per Mr.Reddy, Captive Power Plant is targeted to Complete by April,2011.
The Project Work for Duplex Board Unit will likely to be commenced from April/ May,2011 and will take approximately 9 Months to complete from the date of Comeencement of Project Work,ie, by February 2012.”

As 0n May 26, 2011 : Captive Power Plant is almost on the the brim of Completion.
IMPORTANT: As per the discussion we had last with
Mr. Krishna Reddy, Director of Sri Luxmi Tulasi Agro Paper Private Limited on 24. 05.2011, the Project work for Captive Power Plant is going to be Completed by the end of this month or the middle of the next.
As per Mr.Reddy, The Project Work for Duplex Board Unit will likely to be commenced from July,2011 and will take approximately 1 Year to complete from the date of Comeencement of the Project Work,ie, by
June 2012.

The Main Scope of Supply includes:
(Including Captive Power Plant)
Power Boiler : 60 TPH ( Multi Fuel Fired)
Heat Exchanger, Air Preheater
Pullution Control Equipment:
Electrostatic precipitators
The emissions from boiler of capacity 60 TPH are routed through an ESP to control the Particulate matter to 100 mg/Nm3 and clean emissions are let out into the atmosphere through stack height 45m.
Acoustic enclosures to be provided around Generator/Turbine to control noise levels.
Adequate Dust Collection and Extraction System to be provided to control fugitive dust emissions at various transfer points.

Coal handling system
Ash handling system
Fuel system
DG
Cooling Tower
Pulp Machine : 650 TPH
Lime Klin : 450 TPD

A Multi-Llayer Coated Folding Box Board Manufacturing Machine
Water Treatment Plant :
The source of water is Ground water.
The total water requirement shall not exceed 2278 KLD.
Out of this:
Domestic water requirement 38 KLD
Boiler feed and Cooling tower Make-up :428 KLD
Process requirement :1812 KLD.

Effluent Treatment Plant:
The total waste water generated is 1159 KLD.
Out of this:
Waste water generated from domestic section : 31 KLD
Boiler blow down and cooling tower bleed : 56 KLD
Process and washings :1072 KLD

The waste water generated from the domestic section is disposed into a septic tank followed by subsurface dispersion trenches.
The waste water generated from the process & washings, Boiler blow down and cooling tower bleed of shall be treated in an ETP.
Conveyors: All the conveyor belts shall be covered with G.I. Sheets.
Water spray system shall be provided all around the stockpiles and dust suppression system around the conveyor system.

Material Handling Equipment : Conveying Systems, Hydraulic Equipments, Screen
Acid Pumps, Motors, Heat Exchangers, Agitators and Mixers ,Valves, Dryers, Vessels, Custom Pipelines, Storage Tank . Fire Fighting Equipment etc.
Complete Laboratory Equipments
Fire fighting System as per TAC norms.
Green Belt Development Plan and a scheme for Rainwater Harvesting have to be put in place.
Green belt will be developed in 45.68 Acres of total plant area of 114.85 Acres.
The company must harvest the rainwater from the rooftops and storm water drains to recharge the ground water.
Construction of Office Building, factory Shed- Boiler House, Substation-Control Panel- Electrical Work, Plumbing Work, Structural Steel fabrication and Erection Work, Fabrication Storage Tank, Vessels etc. etc.
