KPR Fertilisers Private Limited is setting up a 400 TPD Caustic Soda & 100 TPD Caustic Potash manufacturing Unit in Biccavole, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.
Capacity : 500 TPD
Location : Village : Biccavole, East Godavari District, Andhra.

As 0n April 14, 2011:
The Project (400 TPD Caustic Soda & 100 TPD Caustic Potash) is under Planning Stage.
The project is coming up on about 300 Acre of land.
IMPORTANT: As per the discussion we had on 07.04.2011 with Mr. Rajshekhar Reddy, Executive Director of KPR Fertilisers Private Limited, the project is under planning stage.
As per Mr. Reddy the company has just obtained the MoEF clerance for the 400 TPD Caustic Soda & 100 TPD Caustic Potash project.
The Civil Work has not yet started, but is expected to start from
April/May, 2011.
The Project is Scheduled to be Completed 12 – 18 Months from the date of commencement of the project, ie., latest by December,2012,

Please refer our Earlier Report of 15.09.2010, where we had reported that the company was waiting for MoEF clerance for their
450 MW POWER PROJECT and also was in the process of procurement of plant and Machineris.
Updation :
As per the discussion we had on 07.04.2011 with Mr. Rajshekhar Reddy, Executive Director of KPR Fertilisers Private Limited, the Civil Work is in progress and the order for the most of the machineries are placed for 450 MW POWER PROJECT.
The Power Plant Project is Scheduled to be Completed by March,2012,

The Main Scope of Supply includes:
Waste Heat Recovery Boilers : 4 Nos
Gas Turbine Generators : 4 x 75 MW
Steam Turbine Generators : 2 x 75 MW
Air Cooled Condenser
Power plant stack
Fuel system
Cooling Tower
Cooling Pond
DG set : As stand by arrangement during Power Failure.
AIR POLLUTION CONTROL:
There will be no particulate & sulphur dioxide emissions from the gas based CCPP. The emissions of concern from the proposed project will be only NOx. Dry low NOx burners will be provided to bring down the emissions to 75 ppm to comply with norms.
Stack of 40 Meter Height will be provided to each HRSG Boiler for effective dispersion of emissions into the atmosphere.

Oxidisation Chamber,Filter, DM Plant
Pumps, Valves, Custom Pipeline Work, Plumbing Work
Total requirement 2400 M3/Day.

Effluent Treatment Plant :
The Net effluent quantity expected from the Power Project will be 480 M3.
This includes Cooling Tower Blowdown, HRSG Cooling Blow Down, DM plant Regeneration, Plant Service waste water, GT Compressor waste water and sanitary waste water.

1. Cooling Tower Blow Down 250 M3
2. HRSG cooling blow down 130 M3
3. DM Plant Regeneration 30 M3
4. Plant service water 40 M3
5. GT Compressor Waste Water 10 M3
6. Sanitary Waste from the plant 20 M3

Total 480 M3
D.M. Plant Regeneration Water, GT Compressor waste water and HRSG Cooling blow down will be treated in Neutralization Tank.
Plant Service Water will be treated in an Oil Separator. The treated waste water will be sent to Central Monitoring basin and mixed with Cooling tower blow down.
The treated effluent from CMB will be utilized for greenbelt development after ensuring compliance with pollution control norms
Solid Waste Generation : ETP Solid waste – 300 Kg/Day.
It will be land filled.
