Sudheer Bio Products Plans For
60 KLPD Distillery With CPP
The Unit will manufacture Ethanol, ENA (Extra Neutral Alcohol) & RS (Rectified Spirit).
Capacity :
Distillery : 60 KLPD
Captive Power Plant : 2.5 MW
Location : Vill: Peddavaram, Mandal : Nandigama, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh
As on September 04, 2015 : The Project is under Planning Stage.
The unit would come up on about 27 Acres of Land .
Out of 27 Acres , 9 Acres will be developed as Green Belt.
IMPORTANT: And as per the discussion we had last
on 18.08.2015 with Sudheer Bio Products Pvt.Ltd. the Project is under Panning Stage now.
The Land has been acquired.
The company has already obtained the Environmental Clarence.
The Project Work is
likely to start from November/ December,2015.
The Project is Scheduled to be Completed in 15 to 18 months from the date of commencement of the Civil work, ie, latest
by Mid, 2017 .

The Main Scope of Supply includes:
Boiler : 25 TPH
Fuel : Biomass/Coal
Biomass (150 TPD) such as rice husk, maize stack/
Coal (100 TPD) will be used as fuel.
Heat Exchanger, Air Pre- Heater/ Economiser
Biomass/Coal will be used as raw material for Steam generation and Power requirement for Distillery plant.

Raw Materials : The requirement of the Grain (Maize, Corn, Sorghum, broken rice, starch based grains) to produce 60 KLD ENA (Extra Neutral Alcohol) & RS (Rectified Spirit has been estimated at 160 Tonnes/ Day.
Process :
Milling, Liquefaction, Saccharification, Fermentation and Distillation will be involved in manufacturing process.

Air Pollution Control Equipment :
Bag Filter / Electrostatic Precipitators/
To control the particulate emissions from Coal Fired boiler will be controlled by Bag Filters and to bring down the particulate matter to less than 50 mg//Nm3 emissions will be dispersed through Stack Height of 50 Meters .
High pressure superheated steam from boiler will pass through a Steam Turbine and at the lower pressure will go to the condenser.
The part of the steam will be extracted from the extraction points provided on the turbine, which will be used for distillery.
Acoustic enclosures will be provided to turbines to control noise levels.
The condensed steam will return to the steam boiler as condensate and will again be boiled as steam.
While passing through the turbine, the high pressure and temperature steam will rotate the turbine rotor and an Electric Alternator mounted on the same shaft.
Electric power will be generated by the alternator. This electric power generated will be consumed in house i.e. for running the distillery and utilities like boilers auxiliaries etc. and surplus power will be exported to the state grid.

Water Treatment Plant:
Sand Filter, Iron Filter, ACF, DM Plant
Tube Settlers etc.
Pumps Valves, Custom Pipeline Work
Water requirement will be 650 m3/day.
It will be sourced from Krishna River
( which is 1.2 km from the site).
A Dedicated Pipeline will be laid from River Bed to the plant for conveyance of water.
Effluent Treatment Plant
Non-process effluents like DM Plant regeneration water & boiler blow down will be neutralized in neutralization tanks and will be mixed with Cooling Tower Blow Down and used for green belt development after meeting APPCB standards.
Spent wash will be passed through decanter and then the slop from Decanter will be dried in Multi Effect Evaporators (MEE) followed by Dryer up to 90% solids w/w known as DDGS and sold to outside parties as cattle feed.
Domestic effluent will be treated in septic tank followed by soak pit.
No effluent will be discharged outside the premises and Zero discharge will be adopted. DDGS will be sold as cattle feed.
Waste oil will be sold to authorized recyclers / re-processors.
Other Equipments:
Material Handling Equipment : Conveyor, Hydraulic Equipment/Cranes,
DG Set, Air Compressor. DC/VFD Drive, Gear Box, Insulation, Valves, Pipes & Tubes, Cables, Automatic Weighing Machines for Bulk & Liquid Materials. Straight Line Steam Tunnel, Pneumatic Piston Filler, Pressure Filler,Storage Tank, Cooling Tower/ Plant, Air Conditioning Plant, Complete Laboratory Equipments etc
Fire Fighting System shall be as per the TAC Norms and cover all areas where alcohol is produced, handled and stored.
Provision of Foam System for Fire Fighting to control fire from the alcohol storage tank.
Green Belt Development plan in 33 % area
(Approx. 9 Acres) and a scheme for Rainwater Harvesting have to be put in place.

Construction of Office Building, Factory Shed- Boiler House, Substation-Control Panel- Electrical Work, Plumbing Work, Structural Steel fabrication and Erection Work, Fabrication Storage Tank, Vessels etc. etc.
