India Pesticides Plans For
3650 TPA Capacity Plant
India Pesticides Limited plans to set up a Greenfield Agrochemical and Intermediates manufacturing Unit having capacity of 3650 TPA at Sandila, Hardoi District, Uttar Pradesh.
Capacity : 3650 TPA
Total 40 products will be manufactured.
The plant will have a production capacity (TPM) of following products:

As 0n SEPTEMBER 15, 2011 : The Project is under Planning Stage.
The project is coming up on about 6.6 Acres of land.
Green belt will be developed in 9,900 sq.m of Land
out of 6.6 acres.
IMPORTANT: As per the discussion we had last with India Pesticides Limited on 12. 09.2011 the Project is under Planning Stage.
The company has just received the Clerance” from Pollution Control Authority.
The Civil work is expected to start from
November / December,2011 .
The Project

date of commencement of the project work, ie. latest by December,2013.

The Main Scope of Supply includes:
Boiler : 4 TPH - 1 No.
Thermic Fluid Heaters : 1 No.
( 5 Lac Kcal)

Fuel : Rice Husk (20 TPD)
Incinerator : 1 No.
Incinerator should have double chambers.
Heat Exchanger, Air Pre-heater
Pullution Control:
Dust collector followed by Cyclone separator with Adequest Stacks will be provided to IBR Boiler (33 m), Hot Thermic Fluid Heater (11 m) to control SPM, SO2 & NOx.
Venturi-scrubber followed by Packed Bed Scrubber followed by Droplet Separator will be installed to control emission from Incinerator.
Ammonia Vapors will be scrubbed and neutralized with acidic effluent. Solvents will be recovered in recovery section by differential fraction and recycled to process stream.
HBr will be sent to Bromine recovery section and scrubbed with dilute alkali solution.
HBr will be used for preparation of Ethyl Bromide and used again in the process. HCl liquid will be neutralized with alkali and sent to ETP for further treatment.
Process emission will be generated from Reaction Vessels to control HCl (< 20 mg/Nm3) and SO2 (<40 mg/Nm3).

Water Treatment Plant :
(Oxidisation Chamber, Filter/ IRF, DM/ R.O. Plant )
Pumps Valves, Custom Pipeline Work
Total 50 m3/day. of Water requirement will be met from bore wells.
Effluent Treatment Plant :
Effluent treatment plant (ETP) will be installed to adopt zero discharge.
Process solid waste (1.2 TPM), ETP sludge (8-10 TPM),
Residues after distillation, fractionation (5-7 KLPM) and Incinerator ash (0.5-1 TPM) will be generated. ETP sludge will be collected in HDDF bags and stored in hazardous waste storage area and will be disposed off to TSDF site. Distillery sludge and filter cloth rejects will be sent to incinerator.
Used oil (500 kg./month) will be sold to authorized recyclers / re-processors
In general, Ammonium Sulphate, Sodium Chloride solutions and washings will be treated in ETP.
Low boiling organic liquids (distillate), will be sent to incinerator.
Service water will be passed through oil separator to remove oil content in the effluent.
Domestic effluent will be treated in septic tank followed by soak pit. No effluent will be discharged outside the premises and Zero discharge will be adopted.
