Agrasen Impex Private Limited plans to set up a Specialty Chemicals and Agro-Chemicals Intermediates manufacturing
Unit having capacity of 41,950 TPA along with a
3.9 MW ( 3 X 1.3MW) Captive Power Plant at Dahej in Bharuch District, Gujarat.
Capacity :
Speialty Chemical : 36,560 TPA
Agro-Chemical Intermediates : 5,390 TPA

Bharuch District, Gujarat
As 0n November 15, 2012 : The Project is under Planning Stage.
The Project will come up on 1,60,000 Sq. Feet Area of Land.
Out of this 33,605 Sq. Feet (21%) of area will be developed as Green Belt.
IMPORTANT: As per the discussion we had on 30.10.2012 with Agrasen Impex Private Limited the Project is under Panning
Stage now.
Land development work is under progress
The company is also waiting for Environment Clearances.
The project work is likely to start in Mid of 2013.
The Project is Scheduled to be Completed in 1 Year from the date of commencement of project work , ie, by June/July, 2014.

The Main Scope of Supply includes:
Boiler : 3 Nos
(Boiler Capacity & other details are on working out stage)
Fuel : Natural Gas
Thermic Fluid Heater
Turbine : 2.5 MW
Fuel Consumtion:
Natural Gas: 3500 Sm3/ Day, Disel: 50 KL/month & Furnace oil : 50 KL/month for Boiler, Thermic Fluid Heater & DG sets.
Heat Exchangers, Air Pre-heater/Economiser)
Pullution Control Equipment:
Scrubbers
The particulate emissions from Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heater, DG set, Captive Power Plant and Process Vent.
To control emissions from Process Vents adequet Scrubber will be installed.

Water Treatment Plant :
Pumps, Valves, Custom Pipeline Work, Plumbing Work
(Oxidisation Chamber, Filter/ IRF, DM/ R.O. Plant, )
The total water requirement will be met from the ground water source.
The total water requirement shall be 2,350 m3/day and will be met from
GIDC Water Supply.
Effluent Treatment Plant:
The Effluent Treatment scheme will comprise of
Stage – 1 -Primary Treatment
Stage – 2 - Secondary Treatment
Stage – 3 - Tertiary Treatment
The effluent generated from the the plant will be mainly from Process, Washings, Scrubbers, Cooling Towers & Boiler Blow downs and domestic effluent.
Waste Water Generation will be 1,120 m3/day.
Effluent generated shall be segregated in to high High COD &
Low COD Stream.
Low COD Stream Effluent will be Sent to propose Effluent Treatment Plant. Treated Effluent will be sent to GIDC Effluent Pipeline for final disposal in deep sea.
High COD Stream Effluent will be Sent to Multipleple Effective Evaporator MEE).The condensate from MEE shall be reused in cooling Tower. The concentrated mass of MEE shall be sen to Incineration Facility. Domestic waste water will be sent to Soak Pit/Septic Tank.

Material Handling Equipment : Conveying Systems, Hydraulic Equipments/Cranes.
Acid Pumps, Motors, Heat Exchangers, Agitators and Mixers ,Valves, Dryers, Vessels, Custom Pipelines, Storage Tank , Cooling Tower/ Plant,Hoses, Air Conditioning , Cables, Air Conditioning M/c., Automatic Weighing Machines for Bulk & Liquid Materials, Complete Laboratory
Fire fighting System as per TAC norms.
Green Belt Development plan in 21 % area and a scheme for Rainwater Harvesting have to be put in place.
