The expansion would come up in its existing  50 Acres of Land .


Out of this about 33% of the area will be developed as Green Belt.

Steam generated from the boilers and will be utilized in the generation of additional 

3.5 MW Power and will also be used for Boiler feed water heating and Distillery.

 

Flue gases after super heating the steam will pass through Economizer where they will  Pre-Heat the boiler Feed water before it enters the boiler drum. After Economizer, flue will pass through Air Pre-Heaters where they will heat the air which will be  fed to the boiler furnace for burning the fuel.

Effluent Treatment Plant :

 The Boiler blow down & DM Plant & Softener regeneration water will be treated in a neutralization tank and after treatment it will be mixed with CT Blow down. 


All these treated effluent streams will be stored in a Central Monitoring Basin (CMB). The treated effluent will be used for greenbelt development/dust suppression / ash conditioning. The scrubbed water from CO2 Scrubber will be consumed in the Fermentation section. 


The effluent will be used for greenbelt development within the plant premises after ensuring the compliance with CPCB/SPCB standards.


Spent wash from molasses based distillery will be treated in biomethanisation, concentrated in Multiple Effect Evaporators (MEE) followed by Bio-composting.

Effluent Treatment Plant :

 The Boiler blow down & DM Plant & Softener regeneration water will be treated in a neutralization tank and after treatment it will be mixed with CT Blow down. 


All these treated effluent streams will be stored in a Central Monitoring Basin (CMB). The treated effluent will be used for greenbelt development/dust suppression / ash conditioning. The scrubbed water from CO2 Scrubber will be consumed in the Fermentation section. 


The effluent will be used for greenbelt development within the plant premises after ensuring the compliance with CPCB/SPCB standards.


Spent wash from molasses based distillery will be treated in biomethanisation, concentrated in Multiple Effect Evaporators (MEE) followed by Bio-composting.

at Village Sewrahi, Tehsil Tamakuhi Raj in Kushinagar District, Uttar Pradesh.

The Total Project Area   12.0387 Acres (4.8720 Hectare )


Out of this about 33% of the area will be developed as Green Belt.

To control the particulate emissions from Coal  Fired boiler will be controlled by Electrostatic Precipitator and emissions will be dispersed through Stack  .

 Steam generated from the boilers and will be utilized in the generation of additional 

4.0 MW Power and will also be used for Boiler feed water heating and Distillery.

 

Flue gases after super heating the steam will pass through Economizer where they will  Pre-Heat the boiler Feed water before it enters the boiler drum. After Economizer, flue will pass through Air Pre-Heaters where they will heat the air which will be  fed to the boiler furnace for burning the fuel.

Cooled Condenser  :

Total water requirement for the above project will be

872 m3/Day will be sourced from and same will be met from Borewell..

The water requirement for the first run for project would be 2850 m3/Day, which will be further reduced through recycling to 1978  m3/Day  . Hence, fresh water requirement is 872  m3/Day  .

Effluent Treatment Plant :

 The Boiler blow down & DM Plant & Softener regeneration water will be treated in a neutralization tank and after treatment it will be mixed with CT Blow down. 


All these treated effluent streams will be stored in a Central Monitoring Basin (CMB). The treated effluent will be used for greenbelt development/dust suppression / ash conditioning. The scrubbed water from CO2 Scrubber will be consumed in the Fermentation section. 


The effluent will be used for greenbelt development within the plant premises after ensuring the compliance with CPCB/SPCB standards.


Spent wash from molasses based distillery will be treated in biomethanisation, concentrated in Multiple Effect Evaporators (MEE) followed by Bio-composting.
